- All clinics are held by appointment only.
- Immunizations available to children (age 18 and under) are free.
- Vaccine for Children program eligibility applies.
- Children (under age 18) must be accompanied to the clinic by a parent or legal guardian.
- Immunizations available to adults are either free or have a fee, depending upon the vaccine.
- If you receive any type of Medicaid, please present your Forward card to clinic staff.
