The Deferred Compensation (457) Plan is a supplemental benefit available to all regular employees.  The Deferred Compensation Plan is a tax advantaged retirement savings program that together with your Wisconsin Retirement System benefits can help you achieve a comfortable retirement.  As a voluntary benefit, you are able to enroll at any time.
