Weigh out January 4th (10:00am - 1:00pm) and January 5th (10:00am - 12:00pm)

We know that it is difficult to eat healthy and not gain weight over the holidays.  To help you from adding on those “holiday pounds”, an employee wellness challenge called “Maintain, Don’t Gain” is being run.

This challenge is simple and has one rule: Don’t gain weight over the Holidays!

Weight-in for the challenge has already occurred.  Participants will need to weigh in again on January 4th or January 5th.  Individuals who have not gained weight will be eligible for a cash price.

To help you maintain your weight throughout this challenge, educational documents will be e-mailed out to those who register for the challenge as well as placed below.
