March 2022

Dear valued customer:

On March 1st we transitioned to a new web based land records management system that has replaced our LandLink and on-line LandShark applications.

We are pleased to announce and offer RecordEASE, by West Central Indexing (WCI), which has the latest technology for your searching land records information and convenience.  RecordEASE land records management system makes available the same real estate tract index and grantor/grantee index back to January 1, 1996, along with most images back to 1800s.

RecordEASE is a web-based tool designed for title companies, attorneys, lenders and surveyors, as well as anyone else needing access to the Waupaca County land records for research and retrieval of recorded documents.  With RecordEASE you can continue to search the indexes, view images and print documents from your own computer, and within the Register of Deeds office.  Due to Wisconsin statutes, the fee for downloading and printing documents will remain the same with this new system.

If you have used RecordEASE in another county, you will find a similar experience with the Waupaca County product.  We will also provide and publish a user manual that will be available on our website to assist you.  We would encourage you to use this manual as a reference.

As part of this transition, we have attached a new County Internet Access and Escrow Account Agreement that need to be signed and returned, if you wish to have access to RecordEASE.  If you currently have an escrow account and balance, it will continue moving forward, but we need this new agreement signed and completed.

This form is not necessary for occasional credit card users.

As in the past, we will continue to provide the finest service possible.  To ensure that we stay on the leading edge, we will continue to make changes and encourage your participation.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about this transition into our new system, RecordEASE.  We look forward to continue serving you!
