The Early Intervention Program (Birth-3) is a federally mandated program that offers educational, therapeutic (OT, SLP, PT) and service coordination to families who have children ages birth to three years of age who have a developmental delay (communication, movement, thinking skills, social emotional development or self-help skills) or a diagnosed condition (Down syndrome, autism, cleft palate, etc.). The Family Support Program is for families with a child ages 5-18 with a developmental delay or diagnosed condition. The program provides services financial support to assist families to care for their children with special needs. Referrals for this program can be made by calling Juvenile Services Intake at (715) 258-6300.

The Children’s Long Term Support (CLTS) Program is a federal program that provides services and financial support to families with a child with special needs to provide an alternative to institutional care. Referrals for this program can be made by calling Juvenile Services Intake at (715) 258-6300.

The Coordinated Services Teams (CST) coordinates services to youth in a wrap-around system, in which family members, neighbors, schools, or anyone else in the life of the youth can help maintain the youth in the community.
