The Farmland Preservation Plan Final Draft

Rezoning properties out of SR-20 (Sewered Residential 20,000 sq ft min.) if sewer isn't available.

Many properties around Waupaca County were zoned SR-20 in 2010 where sewer will likely never be available.  The Town of Farmington is currently going through the process of correcting those zones. Property owners are notified their zoning will change, and neighbors within 300' of the property are also notified.  If you have questions, please contact our office. You may also appear at the hearing March 5th or send written concerns.
