Wisconsin’s Home Energy Assistance Program provides the following services for eligible low-income households:

• Heating and electrical assistance
• Emergency fuel assistance
• Counseling for energy conservation and energy budgets
• Pro-active co-payment plans
• Targeted outreach services
• Emergency furnace repair and replacement
